assistance with turn-on requests.

You are requesting commercial, industrial, or a fire service turn-on.

You are a third-party applicant.

You are a landlord and wish to turn on service in your tenant's name.

You are requesting service turn-on for a rural route address.

You are currently being served at one address that you wish to disconnect and
you are also moving to a premise that you would like connected.
